The zoning consultant presented draft code text for residential zoning standards to the Planning Commission and Town Council on May 26, 2021.

Below are pages from the draft code with areas that are different from the existing code highlighted in yellow and more information about the change at the bottom of the page.

Please remember that these are draft documents that we are seeking your thoughts on. These pages do not include standards for lot coverage. Council requested additional information. There will be a separate Community Conversation event to collect feedback from the community on that issue after further discussions with Council. All information about this future event will be posted as soon as it is available.
